If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, fitnesstec.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. FitnessTEC Classes Refund and Cancellation Policy Instructor led training class: No refund is given after registration is received. A class credit will be issued in case of a cancellation. If you would like assistance with the online registration process, feel free to call us at (419) 297-3778. One of our representatives can guide you through the registration process to ensure that all of your questions are answered. If you choose to register online without assistance, please note that you will be contacted by FitnessTEC¹s representative upon receipt of your information to confirm that the course dates you request are available. Books: All book sales are final and no refund is given on cancellation. FitnessTEC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to operational needs. Should a class be cancelled or rescheduled, the student may ask for and be granted a full refund for the price paid of the class. Otherwise, the class will be extended. Full payment is due prior to enrollment in a class. You must notify FitnessTEC directly if you need to cancel a class. You can contact your Account Executive at (419) 297-3778 (24-hour voicemail). The amount of your refund is determined by the date that you notify your Account Executive of your cancellation. FitnessTEC reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment at any time. In the event a cancellation occurs, you will be contacted by your Account Executive. For questions about this policy contact your Account Executive. In Case of Inclement Weather: Please call 419 - 297 -3778 after 9:00 a.m. for delay or closing information. The classes will be extened with makeup classes. Cancellation Policy: Private Classes / Training Sessions Client cancellations made 12 hours or more prior to the scheduled training date will be accommodated at no charge and the event may be rescheduled. In the event of a client cancellation made less 12 hours prior to the scheduled training date, the client acknowledges responsibility to pay a fee representing 100% of the total charge. Shipping & Handling Terms: Phone and online orders add the following shipping and handling fees for domestic U.S. and international shipments. C.O.D. orders are not available online. For availability, call us directly at 1-419-297-3778. We always attempt to pack and ship your order within 48 to 72 hours from the time we receive it. For U.S. Priority Mail shipments, please expect to add 3 to 5 business days shipping time to U.S. West Coast destinations, and 5 to 10 days for U.S. East Coast destinations. Visa - MasterCard We accept Visa, and MasterCard. We do not accept Discover or American Express. We ship to: Domestic U.S. We ship to Domestic U.S. customers via Priority U.S. Mail. U.S. Priority Mail: Orders up to $30.00 = $4.80 Orders $30.01 - $40.00 = $6.90 Orders $40.01 - $80.00 = $9.00 Orders $80.01 - $120.00 = $10.00 Orders $120.01 - $160.00 = $15.30 Orders $160.01 & higher = $18.45 International: We do not offer International Shipping at this time. The order size for above charts is based on total before tax. 6.75% sales tax is collected for shipments to an Ohio address. Orders are only shipped within the continental United States at this time. Delivery Time: * After we receive orders, they are usually shipped in 1-3 working days. * Delivery time is subject to the service selected at the time of checkout. * If you have not received your merchandise within one week of your expected delivery date, please contact us. Return Policy: We only accept returns on unopened or defective merchandise. All DVD, Video and Gift Certificate sales are final and we don't allow any returns on these items. Please contact customer service for more information on returning workout DVDs at fitnesstec.com. You must contact Customer Service at 1-419-297-3778 before returning an item. If you recently purchased one of our products from a retailer or distributor, please contact them regarding returns. Thank you. Privacy Policy Your privacy on the Internet is important to us.
