is expanding and is looking to put together fitness classes for the public. Donna will travel to your Business, School, Church and your home.

Choose from:
• Aerobics • Bootcamp • Cardio Kickboxing • Circuit Training
• Pilates • Weight training • Yoga

These programs produce real results and lasting health benefits. They are developed for all ages and fitness levels. Donna will give you the motivation to succeed with your workout goals.

Check back for Fall Class schedule in September. There are a couple dates open for afternoon and evening classes. Reserve your class today.

Join this fun "FAT BURNING" fitness class at Wildwood Park on Central Ave (other locations, days and times are available). Be prepared for a great cardio workout and learn different ways that you can use park items like benches, shelter walls, curbs, etc to tone up.

This is a workout for all ages and all fitness levels and is alot of fun!

This class will meet weekly starting Tuesday, July 20th at 6:00pm and Thursday, July 22nd at 6:00pm until August 19th. Attend the class once a week or twice a week.

Pre-registration and payment of $55.00 is required by Friday, July 16th.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso). People who do pilates regularly feel they have better posture, are less prone to injury, and experience better overall health. All ages and fitness levels can do pilates. Bring a mat and a theraband.
