WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT?
 

Are you still doing the same workout daily? Did you know that your body gets use to this same workout? To change your body, you need to change up your workout. Start adding interval training to your workouts. Don't just walk at your same pace. Speed it up for a couple of minutes, then go back to your regular pace. You will find that this will get your metabolism going and you will really feel that you are getting a better workout. My Clients will alternate weights and fast cardio. I have seen them drop more inches doing this workout. Let me know if you have changed up your workout and if you have started to lose weight or inches again.
