Exercise enhances the production of endorphins (healing chemicals
that help us to feel good) and epinephrine (a chemical that gives
feelings of happiness and well being). These chemicals work to
heal the body.
 
Exercise will improve your self-esteem, mood, and how you look

and feel. Exercise benefit's the appearance immediately. After

exercise, the skin radiates as a sign of good health. Exercise
stimulates blood circulation and cell regeneration. It brings oxygen
and nutrients to the organs, producing pleasurable feelings as well
as good health.
 
Daily exercise is an important health and beauty ritual. Exercise
is one of the key elements in keeping the body healthy,
young and beautiful.
