What is it?
The Healthy Edge is a 7 week Journey that will empower your choices with the intention of giving you an informative, fun, and hands-on experience with the tools to create optimal Health for you and your family that is Lifelong! Each session is a crucial piece of a manual you build to support your healthy lifestyle!

Through The Healthy Edge seminars we will look at Nutrition and Low-glycemic foods vs. high-glycemic foods and how this dramatically affects our health and well-being. We will look at how to Eat Out and at the Workplace and eat healthy. We will learn how to read Food Labels, what to look for and what to avoid. Also great tips for Exercise and Why it is important to create health as well as how to maximize fat loss and lose any extra inches and pounds. We also will discover the mindsets or beliefs that may be holding us back and create new beliefs about ourselves, our bodies, and our health.

Begin the process of self-discovery in a safe and supportive environment with space to develop new habits, increase energy and feel better, release extra weight, and choose health lifelong.
