SCHOOL AND COLLEGE CLASSES

Our highly trained professional instructors can put together a fitness class(es) for your students. Choose from mind/body workouts to fun aerobic and weight training workouts.

Morning, afternoon, evening classes can be scheduled. Some equipment is needed for some of these classes. When you schedule your class(es), this will be discussed.

• Aerobics - Low Impact or High Energy. Tailored to your needs.
• Aerobic Kickboxing - Great, fun workout for all ages and fitness levels.
• Weight Training - Using toning bands and/or weights.
• Mind/Body Workouts - These classes can be Hatha Yoga or Pilates.
Choose what workouts your students would like.
